Jim McMahan is one of the mortgage industry's leading authorities on high trust consulting. And now, with more than twenty-one years experience, Jim is revealing the secrets, systems and scripts he has honed and refined to generate more than a Billion dollars in closed loans during his career.

Jim McMahan has been a loan officer in the Dallas market for the over 20 years. In that time Jim's personal funding's have gone well over the $1.5 billion dollar mark, making him not only one of the top producing originators in the Dallas– Ft. Worth Metroplex, but in the entire United States. Since 1992, Jim has averaged over $50 million dollars in his personal fundings per year, and for the past five years, Jim's fundings have averaged over $75 million.

Jim serves several integral roles within his company. He manages a retail branch, which consists of around 30 employees, 15 of which are loan officers, and in 2007 his office closed over 150 million dollars in loans. He also serves as a National Sales Trainer for CTX Mortgage Company.

Jim is also President of his own corporation, "McMahan Mortgage Consulting," where he primarily focuses on helping loan officers across the country gain knowledge of concepts such as fiscal literacy and the fundamentals of economics behind interest rate markets. Jim is creator of "Certified Scripts for SuccessSM," a program which helps loan officers gain a thorough understanding of what to say in the most critical selling situations backed by an advice versus price platform.

Jim is also a member of The Mortgage Market GuideSM and The Duncan Group's Training Team and has developed presentation topics such as, "Raising the Standard of Professionalism In Our Industry," "Relationship Selling," and "Personal Development Strategies."
